Default acceleration, shifting, exhaust issues

Hello
1999 ram 1500 5.2 automatic 4wd
I need some help,
During acceleration it stumbles almost like a misfire, shifting at high rpm, and motor has a strange deep Sound during decent acceleration. It has new plugs, wires, all new fluids and filters

Did you check if you have any fouled up plugs?
What does it sound like? If you listen near the pipe is it sound bubbly?

Checked all plugs, it's a really deep throated sound like aftermarket exhaust. ( still has factory exhaust )
