Wonder what the setup procedure is for that.... Is there a write up for determining correct shim size somewhere??

Well, what I'm going to do is to oversize slightly ID on the old outer bearing. So it's easy to get it on and off. Start putting the whole thing together few times with different size shims until I get it right. Then, for the final assembly I'll use new bearing.
I believe the torque spec on the pinion nut with shim design is only about 130lb/ft.
So it really boils down on how many times I will have to assemble and disassemble the whole thing.
I think this should be good.
