No a canned tune is fine but Ryan sells those too. And if you only plan on basic things like exhaust throttle body and cotton filter, went not get the edge? Canned tunes are about as good and you get more functionality.

That's my opinion anyways. Take that for what it is

Well if throwin a dart blindfolded and somehow managing to get 18 points is top notch, all the more power to ya. No tellin where the next shot is going though, maybe 19, maybe 3. P*ssin in the wind gets you no where.

Or you can hit the outer bullseye on the first shot with Ryan and no blindfold and after a couple revisions be dead center 50pts.

So yeah, I'm sure trippin.

You got lucky. I bought a tuner and canned tunes with trans delete from him. First set of tunes had major issues. Truck would randomly die, run pig rich, then go piston popping lean in a manner of minutes.
After e-mailing him about it, he sent another canned 91 tune which worked. I had asked him if he could set the idle back up to the auto trans setting (750?) because 600 rpm idle was just to low for this truck and my junk. He said that's fine, but ANY thing else except a bad canned tune was going to be custom tuning charges, including higher idle again.
I am still running the 91 tune he gave me because it's the only one that works. This was all on a stock 360 that i had swapped from auto to manual trans.
