I will have to fab an adapter or put in the pan. Unless someone knows where I can find a "dummy" filter to spin onto the filter head (that's where the sensor is right now).

Does anyone know the approximate temp where the trans temp light will come on?

So, I removed the header wrap. I must have bought the really cheap stuff, it mostly crumbled off during removal. I put on my Harley heat shield on it now. It's off of my fatboy. The hose clamps are about 7-1/2" apart. I cut the heat shield right up to the hose clamp mounts. Hopefully, it will help shield and deflect some heat off the trans pan.
