Bad PCV? Don't have much experience with them being bad, I understand they can cause vent issues. Might be your power issue too.

When you stomp on the gas your vacuum goes down to null almost depending if you floor it or not so the hissing noise would get quieter I would think, not louder. Maybe its not a vacuum problem?

FYI: I noticed your dash brackets(white ones up by windshield) are broken, I got replacements from the stealership, got a bag of 5 for pretty cheap.

Yeah the guy before me did a heater core kinda broke some stuff but that's expected. Today I was driving it and I noticed once in a blue moon it won't do it, I'm totally stumped on this one.

you can really hear it at 21 seconds, at the end I'm just feathering the gas and you can hear it

That's just what mine sounds like, except it started when I take off, and is just a constant hissing or whatever you call it. Not as pronounced, but it would be nice to try to find out the source.

There would be one behind the glovebox, and 2 near the gas pedals correct? The fresh door actuator is working I checked that one, but this noise isn't coming from the two by the pedals

My noise is a constant noise, doesn't get any louder when more throttle is applied, noise goes away as soon as I let off. If I accelerate really slow, it won't do it. During normal acceleration it does it as soon as I'm on the gas and like I said once in a blue moon it won't do it

Have someone else drive while you go poking around. This one is going to be a tuff nut to crack.
