I was very happy with the final bid price. I don't think a lot of people saw them because of the way they were listed. I found them by accident.

 

I bought some tow hooks with brackets listed on e-bay for a 2001 Ram 2500 and they were no problem to install. I removed the tow hooks from the mounting brackets to minimize the size of the hole to be cut in the lower plastic air dam. I loosened 3 bumper mounting bolts on each side to bolt on the brackets. I purchased 4 short 7/16 bolts/nuts/flat washers/lock washers to finish mounting the flat wing portion of the mounting brackets and fortunately my truck had pre-drilled holes. The complete job was less than an hours work.
