Default 97 1500 4x4 Sport Tow Hooks

My 97 1500 4x4 Sport is in dire need of front tow hooks and information is hard to get regarding what , where, and how to get some mounted on this particular truck. Some pics would be great if you have them. Thanks!

Tow hooks only came on the Off Road Edition (2000-2001) so far as I know. There are brackets, hooks, and possibly bolts that you would need. All of which, are extremely hard to find.

There is a photo of the 2nd gen factory tow hooks and mounting brackets in this thread:

Dodge used to sell a kit with the hooks, brackets and bolts, as I bought one a few years ago and have this style of front tow hooks on my truck.

You would happen to have the part number for that kit hanging around somewhere would you? I'd like to add them to my 2500.

This ad has some part numbers, but I'm not sure if they are accurate for the complete kit or not.

Look like that is not a good option without doing some bracing across the frame...????

I agree. I just posted this for the OEM part numbers noted in the listing.
