Default Tires rubbing

So I just recently put a 2 in level on with some 33s but when I crank the wheel to one side it is close to hitting and if I hit somthing it will hit so is there after market fender wells or should I just cut them so they will clear

Some folks just massage them with a hammer, and zap a screw into it for clearance, others, trim the parts that are in the way, still others, restrict the steering, so it won't turn quite so tight....

Are you talking about the bottom-back of the black plastic? Before I put 2.5" spacers on mine I was thinking about heating a bowl or something with a torch then pressing it to that part at the rear that was mighty close to the tire with the wheel turned.
