Default Short squeal/pressure release noise after turning

Sorry my description isn't great, really confused me. It sounded like it was coming from the left corner of the dash I guess right there under the hood, by the drivers mirror.

everything has been fine with my ram for awhile, today 2 times after making a slow 2 or 3 point turn i was driving slowly and there was a short squeal for 4-5 seconds sounding like pressure released from an empty fuel tank or something.

looks like power steering fluid is slightly low, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Anybody have this before? Thanks

Check your front brake pads. Bet they are getting thin.

It sounded more like a dial up modem screech for 5 seconds then fizzled off. Felt like pressure being released. Taking to guy tomorrow

That sounds like a brake wear sensor to me. Although, it may be a squealing serpentine belt, or a selection of other things as well. A slipping belt sounds pretty horrendous.
