Is there any known problems with fitting 24 inch wheels on a 95 ram 1500 2wd?

Also can ayone put me onto some good sites with 24's to suit 2 gen rams. Looked on ebay and im pretty much sold on 1 set but like to see more.

Are you asking about 24" rims, or just the entire wheel?

24" wheels would be small, but would fit just fine. 24 rims would probably be way too big without a lift unless you when with a very low profile tire.

Currently I have 16" rims with a 265x70x16 tire for a total of about 30.5 inches. I also have a 2wd and I am riding stock height (no lift).

 

Yer mine is stock height to and i have the exact same tyre size as u on it now with some KMC billet 16's.

I wanna go to 24inch rims with low profiles on it. played with the tape measure and they look like they should fit easy.

 

as long as you get low profile tires.

 

Yes they will fit but i belive they will rub alot, i have 22's and they rub all the time the tire size is 305/40/22, it will work just dont plan on any lowering.

 

It's not your wheels that are rubbing, it's your 12.5 inch wide tires...

You either need more back spacing in your wheels, skinnier tires (best bet) or you need to lift your truck.

If you put 24" rims on the truck you should take a serious look at upgrading your brakes. The rolling mass of 24s will play hell with the brakes and I wouldn't wanna see you in my rear view mirror ina panic stop.
