Oil was lookin' a little dirty to me, not ready for a change...went and got me a new K&N filter and threw her on there to clean it up a bit.

EDIT: also put on a new windshield wiper...

today, on the ride home, taking the normal route on a small country backroad, I was going over a patch of small bumps. I realized just how quiet the truck is over bumps. Something I really like to not hear, all the crap rattling and plastic getting tweaked.

Granted, i had the windows up, but from the cab it was quiet and just for a short minute, i actually liked my truck.

Haven't been here for a while. I have been busy with my truck tho. I ripped out the old plenum and replaced it with a Hughs kit. What a learning experience for my first time tearing an engine down that far. Considered modding the intake but chickened out. ALong with that i also installed a Fastman TB, OUTSTANDING performance increase. I got the cluncking out of my front end too. Replaced the bottom shock bolt and the sound was gone, guess the bolt wore away a bit. All for now.
Hope everyone had a good T-giving. Bye for now,
