Exactly the same trouble I am having. I am going to try out this mod myself tomarrow and report my experience

Just an FYI. almost everyone who's done this "fix" has had to replace there TPS a couple of months down the road.

I changed mine a couple weeks ago it works perfectly now, for the money id say just buy a new one. I only paid 33 bucks. Autozone
