It should be, look or feel under the front and back edges of the jump seat and see if you see/feel bolt heads. If you do, yes.

Thanks. Yeah the reason I asked:

I took out my center console and I need to remove the 4 arms/brackets sticking up from the seats. You guys described it perfectly. It just sounded like you guys had a way to remove the 4 arms without removing the seat rails - but that's not possible since the 4 arms/brackets are actually the same piece as the inner seat rails.

So.. short of cutting them, I called the dealer and they said they have to sell the entire lower seat assembly just to give me the window side rail (which has no arms) - for the non-motorized assembly it's $130.

I want to remove the brackets because I want to be able to walk back and forth between the front and back of the cab (car seats, etc.).

My wife wants to just make a piece of wood (custom fit) to bolt down onto the brackets.. with carpet over it - that's fine but it eats up some vertical space. It's either that or $130x2 and have to deal with whatever the heck that black box is in the pic below.

Here's a pick to show you the brackets. You can see the wiring for the front passenger seat - it does not actually go into that box, I just tucked it in there. Again, I have no idea what that box is.

What do you guys think?

I'm selling a custom 10" sub box that looks just like the middle seat, and you can still use your armrest thing.

Thanks. Our goal is to have nothing there in the middle. We want to be able to walk back and forth.

yeah, look for the custom center console sub box, you can get the, in different varieties, but if you get one like mine, you get a sub, seat, and armrest all together and no space is lost in the cab, except whoever sits in the center seat gets about an inch and a half extra lift for a sub box you do want that bracket still there and to leave the box up on top of it for air for the subs, unless you want upward firing subs which I dont suggest because sound quality and volume will both be lost, and you take a higher chance of aesthetic damage to the woofer
