well my next upgrade was going to be headers and a fastman. It's just always seemed like the engine didn't carry the truck all that well but i guess because its a factory off road edition with a smaller engine..

our 5.9s have more potential then the 5.7s. Our magnum engines use a v-wedge cumbustion chamber which is a lil better than the hemi(current). The 5.7 is just tuned differently, more modern.

i drive the hemis everyday.. i work at a dodge dealership lol. Thats probably why i always think my truck is so slow =[ i know its a beast but i am power hungry lol. I was going to order a 52mm fastman yesterday.. good thing i didn't.

Yeah, like i said theyre tuned differently with lil better parts. My point is..our block is more capable than the 5.7. in the end cubic inches wins.
and actually they bumped up the hp to 250 and 335 tq after a certian year...1996?
