That is what I heard. I am thinking that the vent line that is going from my canister to my fuel pump is clogged causing the computer to open the IAC valve every six seconds. Im going to lift the bed off the truck this weekend and look at the pump more closely. Hopefully I dont have to get a new $200 fuel pump. And who had the bright idea over at dodge to place the fuel filter in the fuel pump. To change the filter I have to get a new pump. Not real good design for those of us who like to do preventative maintenance.
If you don't mind my asking, why don't you just simply drop the tank vs. taking the bed off just to get to the pump? Unless, your doing something else that requires bed removal, I don't know why you would go that route.
