Pull the switch. Or push. Depending on your year. 98 should be pull though.

You have a switch by your radio that controls your fog lights.

Unless they are aftermarket.

Once he's found the switch. He has a pull type switch headlight switch, not a combination turn/pull.

Viper is right, unless they are aftermarket, if you have a pull knob type switch for the parking lights/headlights, there should be a push button somewhere in the center (around the radio) that you push to activate your fogs.

After you find the switch they should work, unless like Dodge15004x45.9 said, there is a fuse blown or bulbs burnt out. I believe the fuse for the fogs is in the PDC (Power Distribution Center) under the hood on the driver's side.

I doubt both bulbs would be burned out at the same time, but you never know. That's pretty easy to check.

For the hell of it I am going to try to clarify this:

There are two switches involved in foglight operation: The foglight toggle and the headlamp knob.

When your foglights will be on:
When the foglight switch is depressed (see attachment) AND the headlamp switch is pulled out (I am not sure if they turn on with just the running lights on or if the headlights need to be on as well).

When your foglights will not be on:
When the foglight switch is depressed but the headlight/running light knob is not pulled out.
