Take it back to the shop that rebuilt it. The transmission should not be acting up if you have it recently rebuilt.

i wanted to give an update on my truck...i finally have all the bugs worked out of the tranny. My two problems were that i had to remove that steel orifice plug that was installed in the case (this plug is only used for 727 transmission) and i discovered that when i put the valvebody back together my throttle valve was installed backwards with the detent sleeve also backwards. I got all of this fixed and the truck feels like it has much more more, and it shifts great!
