Ya, a hand full of people are reporting power increases in the dakotas & durango portions of the forum. It really helps out the magnum V8's and V6's. So, if your truck has an old map sensor, It's best just replacing it.
I'm sure replacing my O2 helped as well. I'm pretty sure it was original just like the MAP sensor. Shoot, up till this point in owning the truck, I've replace the AIC, TPS, MAP, and O2. Just gotta do the CPS, CamPS, and AIT and ALL my sensors are new!

I would not do the crank or cam sensors just yet. IAT and ECT might be a good idea. I would however remove the crank sensor and clean the end of it , and maybe stick a small round wire brush in the hole and have someone crank the motor over and clean the tone ring a little.
As far as the MAP goes, I have not been on the highway yet, but besides not seeing any bottom end gains, I have noticed one thing. Recently in the morning it has been taking 3 or 4 more cranks to start, and the rest of the day it would start right up. So I figured the fuel pressure regulator was going bad again. (Damn Carter fuel pump) But, since I installed the new MAP, it starts instantly every morning now. So that's a positive note on the $80 spent. We'll see if there are any other highway and MPG improvements later this week or next.
Just don't want anyone getting the wrong idea about some miracle fix and spending 80 bucks for nothing, you still need a fuel pressure tester and check the regulator on the fuel pump.

Ok, to sum it up, power is much better. The truck is no longer a pig after it warms up. It has that "just started" power to it all the time. Still sucks on the highway, but that's due to the awful 46RE that is unfortunately behind my beloved Magnum.
Gas mileage: since replacing the O2 sensor and MAP sensor, my gas mileage has increased by exactly 0 MPG. It is exactly the same.
