1996 Ram 2500
5.9L Gasoline
106K mileage
Automatic Transmission
2WD

In park or nutural heavy gas results in lots of miss firing and sputtering to near stall. Very rough acceleration in D with lots of miss firing and sputtering must feather the accelerator to keep from stalling. However, when I manually run through 1st and 2nd acceleration is much smoother with fewer miss fires even with a heavy foot.

DTC: P0300, P0301, P0302, P0307
Freeze Frame Data
fuel sys 1 CL
fuel sys 2 CL-Fault
Calc Load(%) 9.22
ECT(*F) 206
STFT B1(%) -4.69
LTFT B1(%) 3.91
MAP(inHG) 5.91
EnG RPM 1600
Veh Speed(mgh) 28

Also, fuel gauge extremely inaccurate and reads empty 99% of the time.

Please help im lost.

First , get a fuel pressure tester and check the pressure. should be about 49lbs. Second, do this http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2000/09-05-00.htm Third, check the cat. Fourth, check all fuses , relays and grounds going to the engine. If you still have a prob. get back to us. But I have to say it sounds like a bad cat.
