Default Vintage Dodge Truck

Wanted to share this with you all. I was getting some gas the other day, and this guy pulled up in this truck. I started chatting with him about it. Turns out, it's a 1976 Warlock. According to the guy, it is a factory original made around the same time as the Little Red Express. Unlike the Little Red though, it is 3/4 ton, and featured side exit exhaust for the 318 instead of the smoke stacks. The front fender badge says Custom 100, but he said it is indeed a 3/4 ton. He said it was all original, including the wood rails in the back. It no longer had the stock 318 in it though, it had some big block Mopar (didn't catch what engine he had put in it). I think he said he was the original owner, and he said it had been in two magazine over the years because he used to show it. It was a neat piece of Dodge Truck history, and I was glad I got to see it and chat with the guy. Enjoy the pics.

del sicko

we have an old 1959 Dodge, its like a 1 1/2 ton or something along those lines, flathead inline 6, 2 speed rear end, not sure on the tranny though
my grandpa used to drive from here (just west of South Bend IN.) to chicago to buy fertilizer for the farm, i had some of my senior year pics taken in front of it

EDIT: speaking of old dodges i saw, in a diesel power mag, a Lil' Red Wagon...with a 12 valve cummins, going down the drag strip rollin' coal out the stacks, big fat rear slicks, it was so fawking cool, i was like =]

You just don't see many like that driving around, at least not in my neck of the woods.

I have a friend of mine that just bought two old Dodge vehicles. One is a 1949 Dodge Brothers 1 ton, and the other is an old Dart. The dart is Mint green, garage kept all of it's life. The lucky little bastard bought the truck for $200, and the Dart for $600.
The Dart's owner was a little old lady at the age of 93, she bought the car brand new in 1969, and it has the original paint, slant 6, and has never ever ever spent a night outside.
The old truck was just a case of the owner not realizing what he had, and he just wanted it out of his yard. The damn thing runs too! I swear, I need to take this guy to vegas.

i sure wouldn't mind having an old WWII era dodge power wagon, that'd make a great farm rig

I remember those trucks from when I was a kid. Nice to see one again. It must have been garaged all it's life to still have the pin striping in such good shape (if it's original).
