what turbo chargers fit into 5.2 ram 1500 all the ones im finding are for diesels onless those will work for it, and what all does it take to put one in yourself?

there are no kits available for the 318/360/488(v10)
no clue what would fit (turbo from a diesel would be too big anyway (nearly impossible to build boost with a little gas engine)
and these engines don't like boost = 318 go boom
If I was you I would just put a paxton supercharger on it instead of a turbo.
For the money your going to spend adding a turbo you can spend on a supercharger that comes with everything you need with a lot less head ache.
Also the website that your looking at for prices try calling them instead its much easier per your application
Unless you plan on building the motor with forged internals, I would stay away. There are some that run boost on stock engines, but IMO they are crazy. I seriously hope that those that do this on stock internals, have the money sitting aside to be able to do complete rebuilds when the time comes.
Your gonna have to be able to tune, more than likely your going to need new injectors, possibly you might be stuck running 91 octane all the time.
You can do it, but consider it 100 times harder to do than that plenum repair.

Let me see if he is still on D/D and I will post the info up for you guys. I know Blown318 is still over there. I believe he is running a Procharger Supercharger. Any 5.9L system will work on the 5.2L here's some info we posted in the Dodge Forum Truck Boost Thread.
I had a turbo kit on one of my car it was a PITA to work with.I had to move wires to keep it off all the pipes.It cost me twice as much as a supercharger would have plus trying to find a place to tune it the right way.
But when all went right it really made that car fast I was at full boost and max hp the engine could handle at alittle over 3k rpm.After that the bov and other things would hold it from blowing up.
