Hey everyone. I'm going to fabricate a custom rear bumper with steel pipe. I'd like some pics or ideas if anyone would like to chime in, including the material I should use ( diameter, thickness, etc..) Nothing stainless steel, just basic. I'm going to rhyno line it to match the front bumper when its done.
Thanks!

8" steel pipe with a wall thickness of 1/8" probably wouldn't look too bad. one idea is to put caps on both ends then put a valve stem and a air hose hookup so you will always have spare air in the bumper.

Keegan, when you say "steel pipe", are you referring to tubing? If so, .040-.050 thickness will be more than adequate. If you plan on making and bends in the tube, .050 you will need a power bender. Midwest 4x4 used to offer weld together kits that had all the tubing precut and notched, just weld it up.
