well the motor has almost 270,000 on it.. leaks no oil or burns it. and the bolts look like they never been touched.. so ne one have any other ideas.. i dont want to risk snapping one off but i know their is wasted power in them manifolds.
try to find a can of CRC Knock'er Loose, Cyclo Breakaway, or AeroKroil (also known as Kroil oil made by Kano Labs). spray all the bolts with one of those and tap on each one after getting a spray with a wrench to work it into the threads. wait about 15 minutes or so then repeat and they should come out easily. if you want them to come out as if they were brand new bolts that had just been tightened then you can spray and tap a couple times then wait half a day before you take them out.

Kroil is some sweet stuff, i use it for anything on my truck, and when im working on one of the Oliver tractors, especially the 1948 Oliver "70" im restoring
oil of wintergreen, 100% pure, not diluted. good luck finding it though because that stuff is toxic. when my dad was in the navy they used it as a penetrating fluid and he said that you could put a couple drops on a rusted bolt and it would just about back itself off. back then they just had it in a brown bottle sitting on a shelf but now a days they keep it under lock and key and you have to sign it out when you need it (if you are in the navy).
call around to some welding supply shops and hardware stores to find one that sells either CRC or Cyclo products, if you find one that sells either then there is a good chance that they will have one of the sprays i mentioned. also check any shops that sell industrial supplies.
another thing you can do if you can't find one of those is to get a small can of acetone and a bottle of atf. grab an empty glass container (beer bottle) and mix them 50/50. then pour the solution on, tap it, let it sit a few minutes and get to cranking on the bolts. if you are going to go this route then wear chemical resistant gloves and glasses because acetone is some nasty stuff. if you do get it on your skin just wash it off immediately and you will be fine.

i got a couple of gallons of acetone i use it all the time painting and tig welding..... and of course i got atf too...... ill have to give that a try.
i was reading a tractor forum about penetrating fluids and they did a torque test on equally rusted bolts. they tested pb blaster, liquid wrench, aerokroil and the atf/acetone solution.
the pb took the most torque
the liquid wrench was barely better (less torque)
the aerokroil took somewhere around 1/2 to 2/3 the torque it required for the pb blaster.
and the winner was the atf/acetone solution which required half the torque as the aerokroil.
i have been wanting to mix some up to try it but i haven't gotten around to it yet.
