Default Leveling kit Questions.

I have a 1997 Dodge 1500 4x4. Im wantin to put a Rough Country 2.5 levleing kit on it. Im concerned though. I have heard of something called a "death wobble" that happens with levleing kits where the truck wobbles and rolls over when your driving. I know nothing about it, but i have heard that if you put a Trac bar on the truck when you put the leveling kit on then it can prevent this? Im confused can someone explain this to me, and what kind of leveling kit would you recomend?
Thanks.

you already have a track bar.
with a leveling kit all you're doing is putting a spacer between the coil spring an the body.
the only ill effect to come out of a leveling kit is the front end will pop up in the air a little more when you have the bed loaded down.
hell bent steel (HBS) is the kit i'm going to go with when i level my truck.
as far as i know you can go up to 3" with the stock shocks, but i'm going to do a 2.5" level just to be sure that my shocks won't pop.

Do a search for "Hell Bent" as there's a very informative thread already here on it.
