Exclamation 1997 1500 sometimes Shuts off when put in drive from reverse

2 days ago and this afternoon, I have backed my truck out of the driveway and it has shut off when I put it into drive. It doesn't make any weird noises and it turns right back on, but I have no idea what the problem is. The check engine light does not come on and other than that it runs perfectly. It has been getting colder, and I have only had it a couple of months.

It is a 1997 1500 5.9L Sport. It has 171,000 Miles. What could be the problem?

"EXACTLY" when does it shut off. when the shifter is in drive, when the transmission actually shifts into drive, or when you give it gas after shifting into drive? ...whew...

I have the same problem with my v10. It shuts off right when it engages into drive from reverse.
