Does anybody make aftermarket headlights?

1997 5.2L ram 2x4

unfortunatly, still no, clest you will find is 99-01 Sport headlights, dual bulb BIG improvement over stock, my next mod most likly...

are the 99-01 sports a direct bolt in for the 94 to 98? What would have to be done to install them?

You may have to register to view the threads. They're the only info I have on the swap. And there has to be some modification done to 98 and older trucks in order for them to fit. Some sheetmetal needs to be cut out behind the headlight. There's quite a bit of wiring that needs to be done however, and I recommend following the instructions that use relays. That way you won't risk melting anything.
