Default Tuning a '12, Which one to get?

So I know there are a few different tuners out there. I remember when I looked back at it a little while ago one of them had issues.
Which tuner would you recommend?
I have a CAI other than that its stock. Its my Wife's vehicle so I don't really need a lot more HP. The biggest thing for me is I am about to tow 3K lbs for 1700 miles and I would really like better MPG. Also, we will be going on a trip that's about 400 miles round trip every quarter so its going to get some highway time. That said, what tuner would you get? I don't intend on getting any other mods, nor changing the size tires. Thanks!

Oh and I want to be able to flash back to stock if a warranty issue arises.

There are guys running both the Diablo unit and the Hypertech... the Diablo can be flashed back to stock but supposedly leaves footprints so to speak. While the Hypertech can be removed completely and isnt supposed to leave any sign it was in. The Diablo allows the ability to get custom tunes while the Hypertech is just a straight fwd plug and play tune. Everyone swears by the one they run so its always hard to get 100% factual feedback!

With hypertech I went from 14.3 to 16.5 mpg. I have yet to see anyone post mpg gains with diablo.

Hypertech Interceptor.

No footprint in the computer.
Improved performance over stock.
Improved mileage over stock.

I've got to say, I've been looking at the diablosport. apparently they will be allowing multiple vehicles down the road and the trinity would work for both my vehicles. That said, I'd have to get a good deal on one to pursue that. I'm still going to look into the interceptor more. Anyone point me towards a cheaper vendor?
