Front end problems
So yesterday, I took a trip offroading, and on the way home, I noticed that my front end was squeeking. Was just thinking, okay great, break pads again. This morning I pulled everything apart, put anti squeal all over every metal contact. Still getting it. Checked the wheel bearings, they seem fine. But now, it sounds like a pad indicator hitting a rotor, but it's not as sharp of a noise.Still pretty sharp, but like its just a low noise. Also after driving around for a bit, like 20 miles, you can hear almost like a clicking. It's kinda like when you shove a card in a bicycle wheel, but it seems like its clicking pretty slow. The clicking is occuring in normal driving that i've noticed, and the squeeking only occurs when on the breaks. Ideas?

front axle u-joints.
with truck on the ground and in 2wd, reach around the tire and grab the inner half of the u-joint/axle and twist it back and forth. should be no movement and no sound. you'll probably hear a familar click click.
