I just purchesed a 2013 SRT8 and want a better exhaust... but in a couple of years i might supercharge it. Does that make a difference?

Any decent less restrictive exhaust will suffice. In order to help potential gains with any SC setup, you'll likely want to invest into additional support modifications to your exhaust though. Such as shorties, long tube headers, (personal preference) and highflow catalysts. A lot depends were you reside though, emissions restrictions can create barriers for performance enthusiasts.
