Default just got my 2013 Durango - which floor mats??

Hello Everyone,

New to the forum, the Durango is my/our first Chrysler product. I searched for mats and floor mats but nothing really helped me.

I just picked up my 2013 R/T (Maximum Steel) last Thursday, couldn't wait for the 14s ( wanted the 8spd ). My question is if you guys could point me in the right direction in regards to floor mats.
I have been looking online and found the Huskys, Weathertech, 3D Maxpiders and a few others. I cant decide which set/company or combination to go with. I would like a set of mats that matches the cargo liner, but this is not a necessity. I would also like a cargo liner that would extend over the third row when the seat is folded flat, but fold up when we need to take the additional passengers. I found this cargo mat this weekend
3D MAXpider U-ACE M1DG0071309 DODGE DURANGO 2011-2012 KAGU BLACK CARGO LINER STOWABLE (BEHIND 2ND SEATS) : Amazon.com : Automotive 3D MAXpider U-ACE M1DG0071309 DODGE DURANGO 2011-2012 KAGU BLACK CARGO LINER STOWABLE (BEHIND 2ND SEATS) : Amazon.com : Automotive
This appears to fold over the third and second rows when there down? I know they make a matching set of front and second row seats but no third row. Has anyone tried these mats at all and/ or have this cargo mat that can confirm its usefulness? Another concern is the ease of accessing the storage under the cargo mat. Do you guys have any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Brad

Congrats man. I have the husky liners and they do a great job. The cargo covers the entire area when third seat folds down, but does not fold. You would really need to remove when you put third eat up. I also have the Sienna swagger waggon, so really need the 3rd seat for kids. I pull everything out when I wash her and the are super easy to clean too. If you have kids, or live in less fortunate area than me with weather(florida), then these are a must to protect your new hobby(trust me in the weeks ahead this will make sense).

For the back of my R/T I use an $18.00 commercial floor mat from Home Depot. 3 ft x 5 ft. You can roll it up to take it out completely, or roll it so you can raise the third row. When rolled behind the third row it takes up some space but not much. When it gets ratty looking you can power wash it or toss it and get a new one and not feel bad. The bit of extra length tucks in behind the second row. With my black interior you don't even see it. You can pull it out over the bumper a bit to slide heavy things in and out. Here's previous post with photos. https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...solutions.html

I have the Weathertech digital fit mats for first and second row. They are great and when they get grubby you just take them out and hose them off.

I bought a set of black rubber mats that have dodge in white with the two red lines from autozone. Can't find it on their site but they are nice.

Thanks for the responses everyone. Fintan, I have twins and will need the third row more than occasionally for relatives and the kids friends, so I dont think the husky cargo liner is an option. I know what you mean by the hobby part, I also have a 65 Cutlass and a 67 Chevelle thats in a million pieces. Pjw1967 that is a great idea, I am going to stop on the way home to see if the local home depot has one for the meantime. I think I want something that is waterproof in case the kids have anything that may spill. I have also seen a standard style carpeted mat for the whole back on Ebay that had the R/T logo embroidered on that looked really nice, but not waterproof. Cmil I live near Morristown but work in Somerville. You ever take yours down to the track in Etown?

Hey Tired you are close to me I am in Bloomingdale. My company is located in Gillette NJ. Any links to that rear mat on Ebay with the R/T Logo? We can convoy to the next meet.

FSTDANGO heres a link http://www.ebay.com/itm/2011-2012-2013-Dodge-Durango-R-T-Trunk-Cargo-Floor-Mat-High-End-Quality-Black-/380639137516?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ADurango&hash=item589fdc4eec&vxp=mtr
I dont think i can make that next meet, but I will keep it in mind if plans change. I usually take the 442 to the two kids car show, expensive but for a good cause. I also usually go to the j&r cigar shows and other locals and take the family.
