Default Very High RPMs While Idling

Ok, so I put a new stereo in my car. I put 0 gauge from my alternator to my new battery terminal, and 0 gauge from my chassis to my battery terminal. I made a new wire go from the Fuse Relay to my new positive terminal. After all that the car started idling at high RPMs, and I changed the MAP sensor and the Throttle Position Sensor. Then I reset the computer, but nothing worked. Can anyone please help me fix this problem?

Is your alternator charging at the correct voltage? After the new wiring install.

Check for vacuum leaks and loose hoses.

Thanks. It was the correct voltage, but I figured out the problem was the throttle body duct not being fully sealed after it was put back in.
