trying to convert my neon
I was wondering what all parts i need to convert my 2001 neon to a 2003 front end?

Bumper cover and headlights.

Wow, thats all, My friend told me I needed all kinds of bumper braces and stuff

A lot of people have done the conversion, and I've never heard more than the cover and headlights. As for bumper braces and "stuff," you aren't swapping bumpers, though I don't see them changing them for no reason.
