Default Noise from either bellhousing or oil pan.

Ok guys here's the problem. I'm getting this noise that sounds like something jumping around in the oil pan then it stops. Then sometimes it sounds like a clicking in the bellhousing. Any ideas? Let me know if more info is needed. Thanks in advance.

Remove the dust cover on the front of the transmission and see if one of the flex plate bolts has come loose and is bouncing around in the transmission bellhousing - also, might use an inspection mirror to look at the flex plate itself for cracks
