im sure there are a few threads on here talking about this but im in a bind and want to be specific. so here we go. 2001 grand caravan 3.3 litre 217kmiles transmission was put in 24 months ago new not rebuilt. warranty ran out. this is my grandpas van and im trying to get it up and going. i have replaced plugs and wires as it needed it a few days ago thats it. ok so when you start it and leave it in park and barely give it gas it stutters bad almost dies but if you give it half throttle it revs fine. next. if you put it in reverse and barely give it gas the whole van shakes and shutter until about 5-10mlh then she is fine. next. you put it in drive and give it about half throttle it stutters and shakes and jerks and the rpms go to about 2grand and then it slams into 2nd gear instead of staying in first. please help
