I'm wondering if I can use DOHC msd ignition on my SOHC car, also if I can use DOHC exhaust headers on my car

Are you talking about the coil pack? They are not engine specific and neither is the MSD Ignition.

It is not a direct fit. You would have to drill holes to mount and I am unsure of the gasket.

Coil is universal, wires are specific.

You unplug the connector, take out the (4) 10mm bolts, remove old coil pack and install the new one.
