Default Puddle Lamp Part Number Clarification

I have a 2009 Ram SLT Crew Cab with the drivers side puddle lamp gone. I need to buy a new one. Can anyone confirm the part # for me?
My truck came with:

GUKP Power Heated Mirrors, Fold-Away GVBC All Vehicles W/Power Mirrors
LEBP Ext. Mirrors w/Supplemental Signals
LECP Exterior Mirrors Courtesy Lamps
LE4P Black Exterior Mirrors

I believe I need part # 68064949AA

Thanks.

Awful Knawful,

I do see that the part number you provided is for a left turn signal, however I can not confirm if it's compatible for your vehicle without a VIN#. If you'd like to PM me your VIN I'd be happy to look into this for you, or you can contact the parts department at a Dodge dealer for confirmation.

Dealer said retail is $160 in Canada. Said I could have it for $128 plus 13% tax.

I need another, the drivers side has gone out for the second time in a year. The passenger side has only 1 of the 2 LED's working.

They should either make better parts, eliminate stupid parts or make them less expensive to service!!

I'd get my part number from a dealer rather than stumble around the internet for it... you order the wrong part you have no recourse. If they give you the wrong part it's on them.
