That is why i'm getting the deletes done. Yup thats in km not in miles. Pathetic eh! Hey EPA guys, what's worst, no anti polution crap or burning a massive amount of diesel but have a anti polution system.

is that 30 L/100km?

So basically a tick under 8 mpg?

That's pathetic. I got 12.5 mpg towing about 14k across the country in my 08, with the deletes done.

I find it funny that you went from an 08 6.7L to a 98 12v lol

Went from the 08 to a 98 and an 07 caravan with no loan when my wife's lease was up on her car. I liked the 08 a lot, but I was always worried about injector failure.

well thought it couldn't get worse, computer red 42.8 L\100km today, WTF. Went on highway with my 12 000pds trailer and just gave er ****, tryed clean up the system. Nothin, consumption continu to go up. Dealer says it's normal, it's cold outside and diesel don't like cold. Dumb ***, as if you could loose 60% economy because of the cold. DTE reads 154 km and I did 160 km on tank since fill up. It's gonna a be a costly week.

Nope, when I was looking to buy I test drove a few rigs, but there really wasn't much available under $10k in central FL when I needed to buy. I did drive an 01 HO 3500, but I really wasn't impressed with the power. Then I drove another 3500 4x4 auto and it was great, a little high mile but I didn't go for it because it was beat. to. hell. Then I found the 12 valve that I bought, not a 4x4 but it was pretty clean and everything worked.

Then I ran the VIN at work and started tearing into it to get it ready for moving back to WA and discovered that it was pieced together from 4+ different trucks - a white 4x4 cab, green 96 gas core support, red bed, white 2wd canadian VIN, who knows what else... and now it's getting a transfer case and the shifter put in, and sometime next year it'll get a front axle.
