Default Fuel pump issue with results

OK so i come out this morning to test fuel supply on truck,
i drove it last night, so there should be a reading immediately without turning the key on correct? cause the gauge read zero which tells me the regulator isnt holding pressure?
but anyways

So when i turn the key i hear the pump do nothing really, and the gauge barely moved. cycled key couple more times then pressure was rising but when i turn key off the pressure immediately drops ,
will post a video if someone needs

while truck is on it flucuates between 48-50 really bad, when i gas it while running it drops to 46 , and when i kill the truck pressure goes back to zero instantly,
gas looked a little discolored ( tanish ) coming from my drain line.

when i turn key back on after test, takes 3-4 cycles to reach full pressure.

is this a pump/ regulator/ clogged fuel rail problem?

my truck has Long start issues, bad fuel economy and miss's bad espcially when low on fuel and when it first starts up, ( i have done new Coil/cam censor/ cap/rotor/wires//batter / plugs
(gutted catalayic converter ) new oxygen sensors, new IAC

the truck is a 1996 dodge ram 4x4 sport. 5.9 magnum , if that makes a difference, truck only has 95,000 miles so im confused on why this pump is bad already or what it is any advice on what to do next would be great. im also going to find a delphi fuel pump assembly also .

Sounds like the regulator is bad, which means new fuel pump because it's all one unit.

If you like changing fuel pumps, go ahead and get the airtex. If you only want to do it once, get a delphi, or denso pump. Airtex sucks. They have a horrible reputation. I wouldn't install one at gunpoint.

I made a mistake when i sent that link lol, in my first post i even said delphi my mistake. https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/mor...375&cc=1095702
would you happen to know what other parts should i expect to be replaced after this issue or problems i may run into? I don't like dropping tanks personally lol
the pressure doesn't hold at all, even when priming before start test gauge shows it instantly drop to 0 .

Everything is in the pump unit. Including the gas gauge. Should be all ya need. Although, while the tank is out of the way, wouldn't hurt to have a look at the rear brake line.
