Default 2004 SE cranks no start no codes

2004 neon 2.0 automatic, no start no codes if you crank and crank it will occaisionlly start then once warm its fine. Since no codes are being thrown, replaced cam sensor it has, good plugs wires and new coil also. Acts like crank sensor but again no codes being thrown

replaced crank and cam sensor car will start but you have to pump accelerator once it starts and smooths out runs great and will restart in an instant but if it sits goes bac to lots of cranking

Still no codes being thrown, I unplugged a sensor to test it and it logged it in instantly, key dance revealed it was correct given what I did to trip it. So I am fairly comfortable that the OBDII is working as it should. Could an IAC be the culprit since you have to flog the throttle to assist the start?
