all amplifiers have a high level input. and you will need an amp to run subs don't even try it off the factory head unit. high level inputs basically mean you run regular speaker wire to it as teh inputs. basically splice into the the speakers for the rear or front w/e is easier and use those to go to the amp as an input. same concept as using RCA's with an aftermarket h/u but RCA's are known as low level inputs.
but word of warning don't expect a whole lot out of a factory head unit. they pretty much suck compared to even the cheapest of aftermarket stuff

What you need is a high level converter... it takes the rear channels of the head unit and makes a single line out for amplifiers. (an RCA) you would be looking for something like this:

You tap into the rear speaker wires at the radio, and run the RCA cable like you would on any other install. you can run your remote turn on lead with the RCA to make it a nice clean install...

I believe with the correct adapter you can use the factory antenna with an aftermarket HU, you just need the tuner box for your head unit. Give crutchfield a call, they would know. Personally I think you'd be a lot happier with a decent aftermarket HU than just using high-level inputs.
