You will probably not have any trouble if you pick your shop carefully. The main thing to keep in mind is that you have to sign off on it. If the repair is noticable (name your excuse here) you're going to see it for the rest of the time you own the truck. Don't sign off on the work until you are happy. If the dealer/shop won't take care of you, talk with the adjuster.....he will.

I'm anal about stuff like this on my own vehicles, and know reds and silvers can be a major PIA to match! If you're the same way, take your time looking it over, move it so the (SUN!!) light hits from different directions, and stand back away from it (a couple of car lengths) so you can see the whole side at once easily. FWIW
