Default Quad Cab Sub Solution

Boss BASS1500 powered subwoofer. I have had one under the back seat ever since I owned my truck. It fits perfect. No rattling or hearing loss. The best amount of bass in sync with my 6 1/2 3-ways in the doors. Just to let everyone know.

P.S.- Makes other back seat activities extra enjoyable.

You hook it up just like any other sub as long as you have pre-amp hook ups on the back of your head unit.

but stock headunits dont have the preamp outs, not sure about the infinity system. i used to have a mtx thunderlink and it fit perfectly between the fold down seats and everyone thought it was stock

That's a great idea. Who needs that seat and uselessly shallow console anyways. You could make a speaker box with a bigger console built in!

in the infinity system you can tap into the rca feeds to the factory amp (there is a module mentioned on here somewhere for the can buss)...if you dont have infinity you can use the white plug for high level imput to the unit
