Thanks Blown, you're the guy that made me want to see what I could do with this after-marketly challenged beast and I thank you for the inspiration.
Got word back from Rich of HiPoTeK, he's nearly done with my thottle body.

I spent the last couple nights prepping my rollpan for a base/clear. Here's pics of the primed and then undercoated some "problem areas" that I thought may rust up in the future.

I base coated and clear coated it today so I'll install it and have some nice pics tomorrow
Next on my list;
Install timing tensioner that finally came.
Trim up and clean up the wiring harness.
Buy nutz/boltz
Think of a way to run the throttle cables.
Find solution for radiator hoses.
Some new information, I don't really need custom A/C lines. Ideally yes, but the stock fittings bolt right up to the hemi's compressor, they just have to be creatively and carefully bent and the hose itself will drape over the valve cover. One less thing to worry about immediately on swap day.

It was until I ruined the emblem lol. I think I'm going to stencil on a ram logo on one side of the license plate and then the other side will have the cutout for the shotgun exhaust that I still want to do.
By the way, imatchpaint.com has amazing paint matching, and their 2 stage clearcoat is excellent. Did the pan myself and it's better than the bodyshop work that was done on the drivers side of my bed. (before I owned the truck) They didn't even remove the bumper to paint the bedside, they just masked it off so there's tons of paint and clearcoat overspray that I uncovered on that corner to put on the rollpan.
