Default 05 Dakota leaking passenger side & frozen ac lines Help please!

As per my Title states, I just bought a 05 dakota today and my ac isn't working well and water is leaking all on the passenger side, when I open the hood the ac lines are frozen. I hear it might me the drain line. If anyone has dealt with this before please, please write me back and if possible take pictures or tell me what I have to do and show me where at exactly is the drain tube. Thank you.

It needs to have the coils cleaned then check the freon.

Not exactly sure where the drain line us, someone will chime in. Sounds like its low on refrigerant and the coil is freezing. They don't use freon anymore, the refrigerant used now is R-134.
