Question what do you use for fog lights

I need to replace the bulbs in my 2010 dakota. I went to 4 different parts stores and no one carries them. So i went to chrysler and they want $60 a bulb thats just not gonna happen. So i started thinking what if i just replace the hole set up. So what after market lights do you guys use for fog lights?

I use Hella 500s but when I had my stock front bumper, I had to replace my fog light bulbs and I don't remember them being expensive or hard to find.

I don't know why it is. Mabe it was the places I went just didn't have them but there pretty weak anyway a d wouldn't mind changing them. But If it wont make a difference then mabe I could find the bulb s on line for cheap?

It's a 9145 bulb, and they're not expensive at all, certainly not $60.

I put HID's in my fogs. Plug and play. Less than $30 for the set. Light up the road like no other. Nevrr had people flash me either. They are set low enough that they don't blind oncoming drivers. But Dakotaff is correct, a standard 9145 bulb can be had cheap. Dealer will rip you off, just go to a parts storte, walmart, or get them off ebay.

I just did both of mine - used Silverstars so a little more expensive - replaced both so that they matched and when one goes, the other follows!

Just glad they are not as difficult as the headlights on my wife's volvo.
