As I've mentioned, I would get the service manual and get a good layout of that closed system, then you'll need to check the hoses and connections from point to point - it may be easier to change all the hoses if you can get to them (new hoses need to be compatible in that environment (gasoline fumes will eat through most hoses). I would also get a cap that fit tight - try the cap first and see if you need to go further.

I have done as you said and down loaded it on my computer. I haven't got much of a chance to deal with this issue. Its been raining the past few days here. But I will hopefully get to it tomorrow, And I will go to Chrysler maybe tonight if there open when I'm home and get a new gas cap and see if that work's.

Wal-Mart carries the Stant line of gas caps. Locking around $11. Non-locking about $3 less.

Did replacing your gas cap resolve this permanently or was there another repair? I have the same three CEL codes and the odometer says 9ASCAP and beeps when I start the truck.

I already replaced my gas cap with an OEM one from the dealership. I've reset the computer several times and these codes always come back. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Per Service Manual, check the following:
  • Hoses disconnected or left off
  • Holes or cracks
  • Loose seal points
  • Evidence of damaged components
  • Incorrect routing of hoses and tubes
  • Fuel Cap left off or bad gasket seal
Per STAR case K28489191. Check EVAP system using the Evaporative Emission Leak Detector (EELD) system using smoke machine set to Air Flow Test. If there is a leak using the EELD locate the leak by blocking off sections of the EVAP system then retesting using the EELD air flow test. There have been vehicles with the EVAP plastic line rubbing on the front transfercase driveshaft. When this occurs the driveshaft is rubbing a hole in the line.

Hopefully this will provide some help.
