I retract my first post. I've always been told there are no plug wires on my truck on this forum. After reading your post, I went looking under my hood. There are indeed wires coming off the coil packs on the drivers side of the truck. They run across the top of the engine, but are hidden from sight by the plastic box that connects to the intake and lead to the passenger side plugs.
That is a steep price for what they want todo.

Update 1300 Quote
I took my truck in twice before for the ac panel and overhead flickering n they said no issue. I'm just glad this time they figured it out. My brother fixed everythingt for me.
1. The sp wires are called "slave wires" and do come in a set of 3 for 36.00. I bought at Carquest. Autozone or Oreily's did'nt carry it and said was a dealer part only. Glad he didn't give up and called around.
2. My positive battery cable replaced $15.00
3. 6 new SP $14.50
4. New battery Maybe?
5. Brother grounded loose or missing wire. $0 Total less than $100
Yes, $1300 was overload and i had some idea that it was outrageous so I declined but sometimes others may not know any better and getting ripped off. My last ? is
6. SHOULD I GET PCM REFLASHED?
Thanks
P/S my truck has 54,000 miles

If your truck runs good, don't worry about a flash. Put it out of your mind.
If your trans seems like it could use an improvement, read below.
NUMBER: 18-011-12
GROUP: Vehicle Performance
DATE: March 15, 2012
SUBJECT:
Flash: MIL Illumination With Transmission And Driveability Improvements
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves flash reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) with new
software.
MODELS:
2009 (HB) Durango
2009 (HG) Aspen
2010 (DJ) Ram 2500 Pickup
2009 - 2010 (DS) Ram 1500 Pickup
2009 - 2010 (DH) Ram 2500 Pickup
2009 - 2010 (DC) Ram 3500 Cab Chassis
2009 - 2010 (ND) Dakota
NOTE: This Service Bulletin applies to HB/HG/DJ/DS/DH/DC/ND vehicles equipped
with a 3.7L, 4.7L or 5.7L engine (Sales Code EKG, EVE, EZC, EZD or EZH) and
a 4 speed 42RLE or 5 speed 545RFE or 6 speed 68RFE automatic
transmission (Sales Code DGV, DGQ or DG7).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The customer may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon
further investigation the Technician may find that any of the following Diagnostic Trouble
Codes (DTC's) have been set.
i. P050D - Cold Start Rough Idle
ii. P2181 - Cooling System Performance has been set
iii. P0935 - Line Pressure Sensor Circuit High All RFE transmissions
iv. P0300 through P0308 - Multiple and Single Cylinder Misfire. This condition can
occur when the vehicle is started cold and the driver immediately places vehicle in
drive and applies heavy throttle.
Driveability and Transmission improvements are also included with this software
release. These changes consist of the following:
a. Enhanced clutch protection for more robust torque management during repeated
fore and aft movement (rocking vehicle) all engines.
b. A revised torque convertor lockup schedule that will reduce transmission
temperatures in Tow/Cruise mode All models equipped with RFE transmission.
c. A Clunk sound or feel a shudder when the cruise control resume switch is pressed.
This condition is most noticeable after the brakes were pressed to cancel cruise
control and then the resume switch is pressed All models equipped with RFE
transmission.
d. A shudder or shaking feeling when a wide open throttle (WOT) event is performed
by the customer. This is most noticeable after the transmission downshifts during the
WOT event. This condition will stop once the transmission upshifts All models
equipped with RFE transmission.
e. A shudder or shaking feeling when accelerating from a stop under moderate throttle.
This condition will stop once the transmission upshifts All models equipped with
RFE transmission.
f. A shudder or shaking feeling after the transmission downshifts. This condition will
stop once the RPM's drops All models equipped with RFE transmission.
g. Harsh or noisy natural to reverse shiftsAll models equipped with RFE
transmission.
h. Harsh 4-3 downshifts. This condition happens when there is no throttle applied and
the vehicle is coasting down. All models equipped with RFE transmission.
i. Harsh 1-2 upshifts. This condition happens under moderate or heavy throttle
conditions All models equipped with RFE transmission.
j. Engine knock condition. This condition could happen when a wide open throttle
(WOT) event is performed or cruising at 5400 RPM or above All models equipped
with RFE transmission.
k. Hard start or long crank condition at 0° F (-17° C).all 5.7L DS and DJ models
equipped with RFE transmission.
Reprogramming the PCM will correct the DTC conditions listed above __________________

I went to the Stealership for a recall item and while there, they gave me a free 26 Point Safety Check. This resulted in a generous offer to replace a burned out light bulb on the rear cab light for $27.50, plus parts. I bought the bulb at Pep Boys for .87 cents. On a previous visit, the front differential was replaced after being examined by a factory representative. The Invoice was marked "No Deductible", and I was not charged anything. I questioned the cashier about the no charge, and he said it was okay, per the factory.
I later received a not so nice call from the service writer telling me that "We had a deal. You agreed to pay the $100 deductible on the extended warranty." I told him about my discussion with the cashier, and the no charge invoice, and that I did not see why I should pay them anything. He insisted that I come down, and pay the $100 immediately, which I declined to do at that time. I finally sent the dealership a check because it was not worth the time, and dealerships wonder why they are the last choice for repairs, and why their customers have such a low opinion of their integrity.
I predict that we will one day most vehicles sold online, and the motor corporations maintaining only "all brand" centrally located service centers.

Useful feature to be sure, but I don't know if mine has it. My MIL died before I got my truck.
