Default rear fold down seat removal

Hey guys, 1st off I have been searching and couldnt find it.

I have a 2005 dakota club cab, and I want to remove the rear fold down seats. Its only 4 bolts but whatever was holding them in place is just spinning behind there. I want to remove the rear panel so I can get a wrench or whatever I need in there and finish this... but I dont want to break anything if I dont have to. I have included a picture, red is where the bolts are, I can remove the blue area no issues with removal, but the orange part needs to go too. thanks in advance.

you will need to remove the head rests.. and its been a while since mine has been removed, but I think you need to remove the rear seat belts and side pillar trim to remove the back. The entire back panel is just snapped into place.

This seats are a bitch to remove once the bolt starts spinning, cheap tack weld holding some of the bolts.

Do not recall if bolts are behind the back rest pads, or that child safety seat cover.
