Default Plastic spacer in hub opening in aftermarket rims?

I bought some rims for my truck. They came with a plastic spacer type thing that fits in the hub opening. I only got 1 plastic spacer for the rims. The bolt pattern and everything is correct. My question do I need them or not? They are ultra motorsports rims. Thanks

how thick is the spacer?

might be to keep uncommon metals from touching each other which can cause issues

They are hub centering rings, and there should be 4 of them, 1 for each wheel. The hub size of your aftermarket wheels are larger than the hub on your Dak. They are so the wheels fit snug on the hub, and prevents any possible shudder or shake. Even though our wheels are lug centric, and not hub centric, the rings can only help keep things steady. My wheels are from Ultra too, and I have my hub centering rings in place.

And be sure to pull off the metal ring from the stud, there should be one (or two) on each rear wheel. See the top lug stud in the picture below, use some pliers and pull off the metal ring, if it hasn't already been removed. The stock wheels sit over that metal ring, but aftermarket wheels don't have room for them, and will also cause shaking, usually when braking.
