Default cannot connect obd-II

Hi, i would like to know if someone have the same issue. When i would like to saw if i have some code in memory but i cant saw anything because the OBD-II tell me he cant communicate because the was a error. I try my OBDII in my other car and the module work perfecly. So if anyone have live this problem please tell me what youve done to fix it. Thank you very much for your help

you can read the codes without a reader in our trucks. I do it all the time. you put your key in and turn it to on three times (as in on, then off, then on, then off, then on) and keep it on the third time. your odometer area will then show you what codes are currently stored. See this video, it's for an older Dak but it works just fine.

or just go and purchase a CAN-BUS Scanner tool.

Check your fuses..a few vehicles of the obd fuse on with same fuse with cig lighter. If ur cig lighter/power point is not working. bingo
